The order showed up just fine, so there’s that. I just really wish the customs and duties had been made clearer before checkout instead of becoming a fun little surprise when the package arrived. Had to pay extra, which was obviously not ideal. Not the end of the world, but being upfront about it would’ve been nice.

"Refund came through, but returns were confusing"
I did get my refund in the end, the return process was just a little unclear and took some figuring out. It all worked out eventually, but I wish the steps had been explained better.

My order showed up sooner than I thought it would, which was nice. The tracking wasn’t perfect, but it was good enough, and the package arrived in good condition. Overall, I’m happy with it. 4 stars.

"Pretty close, but the colors are darker"
The item looks almost the same as the pictures, so I’m mostly happy with it. That said, the colors are definitely a bit darker in person, which was kind of annoying because I was expecting it to match the photos more closely. Not a huge deal, but still worth mentioning.

"Good experience overall"
I ordered from The Cafe Racer the communication was solid. I got updates when my order was being processed and again when it shipped, so I wasn’t just sitting there wondering what was going on... which I appreciated. The only reason I’d give it 4 stars instead of 5 is that one reply took a little longer than I expected. Not a huge deal, though, they did get back to me and were helpful when they did. Overall, it was a good experience, and yeah, I’d probably order from them again

"Packed properly, unlike some places"
My order from The Cafe Racer turned up really well packed. The box was sturdy and hadn’t been knocked about, which I always half expect these days with how some companies seem to just chuck things out the door. Everything inside was wrapped properly and nothing was rattling around loose. No scratches or marks on the item either, so that was a relief. It’s a simple thing, but it does make a difference when it feels like someone actually bothered to take a bit of care before sending it.

the size chart helped me pick a size, but the jacket still ended up feeling a little tight on me. not terrible, just a bit more snug than i was expecting

"Pretty easy to use, just a bit clunky tbh"
I had a decent experience using the site. It was easy to browse and I eventually found what I needed, so no major complaints lol. A few pages loaded kinda slow, and the menu could def be clearer, especially on mobile. The photos and product info were solid though. Overall, not bad at all, just a little clunky in some spots.

I ordered this jacket thinking it was the real thing, but once it showed up, something just felt a little off. My quick test is usually checking the tags and stitching first, and both made me pause. Customer service told me everything was fine, so maybe I’m overthinking it, but my gut still isn’t fully buying it. It’s not a bad jacket overall, I’m just not 100% convinced it’s authentic.

I got my parts and overall they look okay, but in my opinion the finish could’ve been a little cleaner. They’re not bad for what I paid, I just personally expected them to feel a bit more solid and better finished.

I picked up a jacket from the-cafe-racer.com a few months back, and it’s been holding up way better than I thought. I wear it most weekends and it still looks almost new. No loose threads, no weird cracking or anything, and the zipper still feels nice and sturdy. Happy with it overall...

I ordered from abroad and was a little nervous at first, but everything did arrive in good condition. The product itself seems good so far, so no real complaints there. The only thing that threw me off was the shipping. It took longer than I expected, and the tracking updates were kind of confusing along the way. I just wish the international delivery details had been clearer before I ordered. Overall, it was okay, not a bad experience, but not amazing either.

"Exchange took a bit, but it worked out"
I had to exchange a jacket, and customer support did get back to me, but it took about a little longer than I expected. The return shipping instructions were also a bit confusing at first. It took some back and forth, but everything got sorted out in the end.
